Cosmic Crisp apples are a cross between Enterprise and Honeycrisp apples, a product of 20 years of research and development at Washington State University.  Large, round, crisp and super juicy, these bi-color apples have a rich red skin with sparkle-like speckles - which is where the Cosmic name comes from.  Can be refrigerated for months!

These are smaller, snack-sized apples.
