So glad the beans are trimmed! Nice selection in the bag; all edible (meaning: no ugly ones hidden). Easy-to-open bag. Roasted most of the beans with butter, garlic, and onions; blanched the rest to pickle or put in salad.

I cooked some of the beans last night and am really impressed. The way they were packaged made it super easy to remove the exact amount I wanted...and they were wonderfully fresh. The entire box of produce was packed well and very cold. The beans are all I have had so far...but I will be back! Ordering and pick up were super easy...thank you!
