Normal flank steak can be tough, but this is no normal flank steak. Our Rosewood wagyu flank steaks are highly marbled, full of flavor and will melt in your mouth. Marinate, cook on high heat and slice thin against the grain for an unforgettable meal.   Great for fajitas, stir fry, stuffing and rolling a pinwheel to grill or seasoning and grilling.  Two individually wrapped steaks per box.

Excellent quality, great tasting!

Could not be happier with the product. This meat is tenter and delicious! I use it in stir fry and pan fried. I will even sous vide it with a few spices and keep it handy for sandwiches.
