This is a brisket and chuck blend burger. It has an 80/20 ratio with the lovely wagyu monounsaturated fats that are good for you.  Half pound patties (uncooked) shrink when cooked to a big, juicy burger like you've never had!  Pre-portioning is great for cooking other dishes too.
