Nueske's Smoked Turkey Meat is very versatile. Nueske's Smoked Turkey Meat is carefully deboned and slowly smoked over glowing Applewood embers to create the unforgettable Nueske's flavor. Arrives fully cooked and can be sliced for sandwiches or glazed and warmed for Sunday dinner.

To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 11 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer with no loss of flavor: Once opened, enjoy within 1 week.

To Serve: Smoked poultry is cured, smoked, fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold.  Remove any netting before heating or slicing.  Meat will appear pink (due to smoking).  

Oven Warming:
  If you prefer to gently warm pre-heat oven to 325 °F. Place poultry in roasting pan, add 1/4 cup water, cover tightly with foil and place on oven rack.  warm approximately 15 minutes per pound, or to internal temp of  120°F.  Do no overheat.

 Serves: Serves 6 -8

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 8 oz Nueske's Smoked Turkey Breast, sliced thin
  • 4 oz. salami, sliced thin
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 4 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 4 oz mozzarella, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 egg white

Thaw bread dough in greased pan overnight. One hour before you plan to serve your stromboli warm oven to 200° and turn off. Place refrigerated bread in pan into the oven and let rise for about 30 minutes, or until about double in size. Remove risen dough and place on floured surface. Roll into a rectangle about 12 X 16 inches. Preheat oven to 350°. Place the meat and cheese in layers over the entire surface. Sprinkle with parsley and seasoned salt. Roll up lengthwise and brush with egg white. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cut in diagonal slices to serve. Serve hot.
