Turban Squash or Turks Turban is one of the oldest heirloom varieties of hard squash. It's colorful acorn shape makes it popular in Fall pumpkin displays, but did you know that it's also edible?  Simply cut off the top, scoop out the seeds and pulp and bake for up to an hour at 350 degrees.
